The truth about Quebec's most famous and mysterious pie

Taped to the wall in front of my desk are dozens of post-it notes. Facts and names that led me to my theory on the origin of Chinese pie. It should have been a relief. But I was still feeling totally stumped on why Chinese pie is called Chinese pie. That is, until I found Paul Marion.
